In 2006, a group of young ladies from all parts of Queens, NY formed a group called Five Star Dames. These ladies ranged from 16-18 years old. They also had a Five Star Dames Junior group, which consisted of girls ages 12-14.

These ladies together coordinated a great number of events! They teamed up with BET’s 106 & Park and set up a trip for the teenagers from Queens to NYC to enjoy the 106 & Park show during the Premier of a popular Queens Dance! In addition, these young women lent a helping hand with the Q-Borough Classics at O’Connor Park where many other young people from the ages of 14 to 21 followed their lead and came out to support the event! They’ve also enticed plenty of teenagers to support the famous Hall of Fame in Jamaica’s Coliseum whenever special guests such as David Banner, Teyana Taylor and Tiffany Evans performed.

However, the main intent of their parties and events was to give back to their community and to keep the youth off the streets.

Overall, the numerous events that they’ve thrown ranged from 200-1000+ guests with professional security.

In 2008, these ladies all departed and went to college; however, they reunited in 2010 with a new name, new look, and fresh ideas!

These ladies each have a passion for fashion, music, art, and what they do best, event planning, and this is how Sky Demeanor came about! Sky Demeanor is a business built upon exemplary event planning, motivational entrepreneurship, innovative styling, and distinctive designers.

As a team these ladies would like to inspire their supporters and be wonderful role models. They will bridge the gap between the media, the people and the world of Sky Demeanor viewers through various events! They will also keep you updated on everything pertaining to fashion, music, art, and their amazing events all through this website/blog!
